Faith & Reason Teacher Workflow in LifterLMS

 1. Access the Teacher Portal

  • Log in to LifterLMS using your teacher account.
  • Navigate to the Faith & Reason course and select the appropriate Investigation (Concept, PreLab, Lab, PostLab, Theological Connections).

2. Provide Student Guides

  • Each Lesson contains the interactive Student Guide PDF.
  • Instruct students to:
    1. Download the PDF from the Lesson.

    2. Save it on their Chromebook with their name (e.g., Smith_HPD1Lab.pdf).

    3. Open the file in Adobe Reader (or another PDF editor that supports fillable fields).


3. Student Work During Lab

  • Students complete the PDF as they follow the lab protocol.
  • They use the check boxes to track progress and fill in responses directly in the Guide.
  • Remind students to save their work regularly.

4. Student Submission

  • At the end of class (or homework, if allowed), students return to the same Lesson in LifterLMS.
  • They upload their completed Student Guide PDF under Assignment Submission.

5. Teacher Review

  • In your LifterLMS dashboard, go to Assignments for the Lesson.
  • You will see each student’s uploaded PDF.
  • Review responses, provide feedback if desired, and mark the assignment complete.

6. Record Keeping

  • All submitted PDFs remain stored in LifterLMS.
  • Completion and grades automatically populate the LifterLMS gradebook.
  • You can download or archive submissions as needed for records.

✅ This workflow gives each student their own copy of the interactive PDF Guide, ensures smooth digital collection, and keeps everything inside LifterLMS — no external system like Google Classroom is required.
